- Colors, designs, and garment styles may appear differently on screen than in person due to monitor settings and printing variations.
- Slight variations in print placement, size, or color are considered normal in the printing industry and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
- We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- Sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated and added at checkout.
4. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, images, or designs they submit.
- Inkwear will not be liable for copyright or trademark infringement claims related to customer-provided artwork.
- By submitting artwork, you grant Inkwear a non-exclusive license to reproduce the design solely for fulfilling your order.
5. Production & Shipping
- Standard production times vary based on order size and complexity. Typical turnaround: [1-2 business days] after payment and artwork approval.
- Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
